Originally established as a surveying company in 1973, the firm has offered civil engineering and land planning services for over 32 years. Our 15 person staff includes five Registered Land Surveyors, three Professional Engineers, one graduate Civil Engineer with F.E., and a Professional Land Planner. Headquartered in Olathe, Kansas, the corporation provides professional engineering and surveying services throughout Kansas and Missouri.

Richard O. Allenbrand L.P.A., Principal

Richard Allenbrand offers over 35 years experience in land surveying and oversees the essential day-to-day field operations of the company. These include estimating job costs, taking work orders, researching records, scheduling field crews, and technical control of certificates and plans after completion. Allenbrand is a registered L.P.A. (KDOT), 1995

Kenneth E. Nellor R.L.A., Principal

Kenneth Nellor has 32 years experience in land surveying and engineering, including years of field experience as a crew supervisor on many detailed projects. Proficient with computers and in calculating plats, right-of-ways and easements. Nellor currently supervises activities including the preparation and design of roads, streets, sanitary sewers, construction cost estimates, contract documents and pay estimates for contractors. He is an R.L.S.-Kansas, 1985, and a member of KSLS.

Roger D. Norris P.E., R.L.S., Principal

For over 30 years, Roger Norris has worked in engineering design, project management and construction management. Experience includes various industrial projects as well as the design and construction of streets, sewers, and other civil engineering projects. A member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, Norris' registrations include Missouri Professional Engineer, 1974; Missouri Land Surveyor, 1977; Kansas Professional Engineer, 1983; plus additional Professional Engineer registrations in five other states.
